Colour: transparent. Material Characteristics: Double layer plate, hard/soft. Very tough, hard material. Hard layer adjustable by addition using acrylics (RESILIT-S, 817501). Attention: The soft layer does not bond to ERKOFLEX.

Application field
All kinds of comfortable occlusal and bruxism splints. Adjustment is possible with the Occluform, by grinding or by addition. Chemical characteristics: PETG, hard side: copolyester. TPU, soft side: polyurethane. PE, insulating foil: polyethylen. Harmless to health, thermoplast with tested biocompatibility. Insouble in water, inactive, harmless to ground water.

Usage
Plastification: Not aluminium packed plates have to be predried. (for machines without heating time control) The hard side of the ERKOLOC-pro plate should be heated. Test softness of foil with an instrument. If permanent impressions result, thermoform.
